Thanks to the collaboration between URBAN NATION and Amnesty International, we produced the first “Brave Wall” in Berlin with the Berlin-based Russian illustrator and muralist, Kate Voronina. “Brave Walls” are murals dedicated to human rights activists and are initiated and realised worldwide by Amnesty International in cooperation with the global street art community. For International Women’s Day, this “Brave Wall” was dedicated to the Brazilian human rights activist, politician, feminist, socialist and sociologist Marielle Franco.
